We’re looking for an experienced customer-obsessed marketer to join the team as our first Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager. You’ll be responsible for developing the customer relationship management strategy, develop campaigns designed to activate, reactivate and retain customers and measure everything you do to ensure alignment with our growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer marketing communications strategy and develop end-to-end marketing campaigns and activations
  • Create timely, relevant communications and deploy them across channels and customer segments
  • Set the vision for customer engagement across all online and offline touch points
  • Partner closely with the product, engineering, UI and UX teams to create a seamless, beautiful customer experience
  • Manage the execution of personalized customer lifecycle campaigns
  • Lean from customer feedback, behavioral data and other analytics to develop and launch an ever-improving customer experience
  • Create and communicate to internal stakeholders performance reports on all customer marketing activities
  • Be a leader as the voice of the user across the company

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top university or relevant work experience leading customer lifecycle marketing at a hyper-growth technology company
  • 3-5 years of work experience in digital marketing, communications, CRM or marketing analytics
  • Experience with consumer technology products, healthcare technology experience a plus
  • Deep analytics experience creating reporting dashboards, measuring marketing campaigns and optimizing performance – you use data to support your ideas
  • Extremely detail-oriented – you sweat the small stuff
  • Strategic thinker also able to execute your own ideas
  • Cross-functional experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-moving start-up environment
  • Super smart, quick on your feet thinker who takes in data and can make fast data-driven decisions
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills – you’re a great writer
