We are in-network with all major insurance companies in the markets we serve, and for those who do not have health insurance we charge $99 flat fee. Through the touch of an app or a click on our site, an affordable,  highly-vetted, qualified medical doctor will arrive at your door, twelve hours a day, 365 days a year.  

To realize the Heal vision we are looking for talented User Experience Designers to join us! As a UX Designer at Heal, you will have the opportunity to work as a member of our UX, Product, and Engineering Teams to create enjoyable, effortless experiences for our users.

What you’ll do:

  • You will help shape our products by working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create intuitive designs that delight users’ everywhere
  • Create features and experiences from initial concept to released product while maintaining creative, technical and brand-standards
  • You will work within and build upon existing style guides, help develop design processes, and creative workflows
  • Identify areas and opportunities for improving Heal’s user experience

Skills you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelors Degree in design or design-related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer creating ecosystems, user flows,  wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes and pixel perfect visuals
  • Solid understanding of User Centered Design principles and best practices with the ability to communicate design decisions to a diverse audience
  • Proficiency with UX tools such as Sketch, InDesign, Adobe Suite, Origami, Proto.io, Invision, and Basalmiq
  • Possess a strong understanding of usability, UX, Interaction Design, and HCI principles
  • Familiarity with software technologies and platforms such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, Android, and iOS among others
